Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: Primary purposes (necessary and not requiring consent): operation and functioning of the yocoya.ai website. Secondary purposes (requiring your consent): periodic delivery of our newsletter with recommendations for WhatsApp Business tools, industry news and relevant offers; segmentation by business type in order to personalize newsletter content and offer recommendations more relevant to your commercial activity. Your personal data is transferred to Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), based in France, European Union, for subscriber storage and the sending of newsletter emails. Brevo acts as a data processor and complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Brevo's servers are located in the European Union. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
5. ARCO Rights
In accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights).
