1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the website yocoya.ai (hereinafter, "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of the Service

Yocoya is a curated directory of WhatsApp Business tools aimed at businesses in Mexico and Latin America. The Site provides information, comparisons and recommendations about third-party tools and services. Yocoya is not the provider of those tools and offers no warranty as to their operation. Yocoya maintains affiliate and partnership relationships with some of the providers listed, including Kommo CRM, and may receive compensation for referrals. This commercial relationship does not affect the objectivity of our evaluations and is always disclosed transparently.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited: (a) using the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) scraping, automated data extraction or data mining of the Site's content without written authorization; (c) attempting to access restricted areas of the Site or its internal systems; (d) reproducing, duplicating or commercially exploiting the directory's content without prior authorization; (e) using information from the Site to create a directly competing service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, data compilation and software, is the property of Yocoya or of its content providers and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Mexico and applicable international treaties. The curation, organization and presentation of the tools directory constitutes a protected original work. The trademarks, logos and trade names of third-party tools listed in the directory belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp Business tools, CRM platforms such as Kommo, payment processors and other providers. These links are provided solely for your convenience and information. Yocoya does not control, endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites. Access to any site linked from the Site is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and conditions of those sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

The recommendations, comparisons and tool evaluations published on the Site are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice. Yocoya does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information presented. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yocoya shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from reliance on its content, including purchasing or subscription decisions made on the basis of information in the directory.

Yocoya reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
